FAQs

About Our Rosaries

What is the Rosary, and how is it prayed?
The Rosary is a traditional Catholic devotion that uses beads to guide the prayers. While praying the Our Father, Hail Mary, and Glory Be, we meditate on the mysteries of the life, death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ through the loving perspective of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Are your rosaries handmade?
Yes. Our rosaries are handcrafted in the city of Los Angeles, USA, with care, attention to detail, and devotion. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur and are part of its unique character.

What makes your rosaries different from mass-produced rosaries?
Each Gospel Beads rosary is thoughtfully designed and individually handcrafted rather than assembled by mass-production methods. we carefully select materials that reflect an old-world, devotional character while remaining suitable for prayer and regular use.

What materials do you use?
Depending on the design, we use natural wood, gemstones, glass, rose petals, paracord, solid bronze, and antiqued pewter. The materials used for each rosary are listed in its product description.

Where are your components made?
Most of our components are made in the USA by established manufacturers and artisans. Occasionally, we use select components from Italy when they are especially appropriate for a particular Catholic devotion or design.

Are your rosaries blessed?
Our rosaries are not blessed before shipping. Once received, you may ask a Catholic priest or deacon to bless your rosary. A blessed religious article should always be treated with care and reverence.

Do you create rosaries for specific devotions?
Yes. In addition to traditional five-decade rosaries, we offer devotional pieces such as the Seven Sorrows Rosary, St. Michael Chaplet, Holy Face Chaplet, tenners, and other prayer beads. Availability may vary as new designs are introduced.

Do you sell wearable or pocket rosaries?
Yes. Our collection may include wearable rosaries, rosary necklaces, bracelets, one-decade tenners, pocket rosaries, chaplets, and other compact devotional pieces.

Are your rosaries suitable for both men and women?
Yes. Our rosaries are intended for anyone seeking a meaningful aid to prayer. we offer a variety of styles, from simple and understated designs to more detailed heirloom pieces.

Are your rosaries suitable for children?
Some designs may be appropriate for older children, First Communion recipients, or young Catholics under adult supervision. Because many rosaries contain small beads and metal components, they are not toys and should not be given to babies or very young children.

How should I care for my rosary?
Handle your rosary gently and store it in a dry pouch or protected place when it is not being used. Avoid exposing it to water, perfume, lotions, household cleaners, or prolonged humidity. Do not use commercial jewelry cleaners unless they are specifically suitable for every material in the rosary.

Will antiqued metal components change over time?
Antiqued bronze, copper, and pewter components may naturally deepen in color or develop a patina with age and handling. This is normal and complements the old-world character of the piece. Avoid aggressive polishing, as it may remove the intentional antique finish.
