Conditions for Returns:

Eligibility: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • All original packaging, including tags and labels, must be intact and included with the return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process:

  • Pack the item/s securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include a copy of the original order invoice or packing slip inside the package.
  • Please ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The customer will bear the shipping costs.

Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued for the product's purchase price only; any additional fees, such as shipping or taxes, are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
