This beautiful handmade icon features a Byzantine image of the Holy Face of Jesus mounted on a black acrylic display. The base holds the Lord's Prayer Book turnable pages and three stones are atop it. The stone from the right side of the Lord’s Prayer is from the Tomb of Jesus renovations at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, while the middle is a wax from a Holy Fire candle, and the left is a fragment of Calvary Golgotha stone from Jerusalem. The design resembles an aged Byzantine icon.
This icon has been hand-painted with gold and a touch of silver, giving it a timeless and sacred feel.
