Resurrected Christ Icon with Authentic Calvary Stone

This stunning  handmade devotional icon features a raised image of the Resurrected Christ, shown rising triumphantly above a fallen Roman guard. A cross appears beside Him, completing the scene and symbolizing Christ’s victory over suffering, death, and the grave.

Mounted on a black acrylic stand, the icon has been painstakingly hand-painted in antique gold, bronze, copper, and softly darkened metallic tones. Its intentionally aged and weathered finish gives the piece the character of an old-world sacred icon.

Set into the base is an ornate cross containing authentic Calvary stone fragments from Golgotha in Jerusalem, traditionally venerated as the site of Christ’s Crucifixion. The combination of the Resurrection image and stone from Calvary makes this piece a meaningful remembrance of both the Passion and triumph of Christ.
