St. Michael Holy Sepulchre Relic Icon Stand

This exquisite handmade icon stand features a raised image of St. Michael the Archangel, depicted in triumph over evil. With his wings outstretched and the defeated figure beneath him, the design reflects St. Michael’s role as defender of the faithful and protector against evil.

Embedded near the lower portion of the icon is a small marble stone fragment from the Tomb of Jesus Christ, originating from the restoration of the Aedicule at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem.

The icon has been painstakingly hand-painted in layers of antique gold, bronze, copper, and darkened metallic tones, creating an intentionally aged and weathered appearance reminiscent of an ancient devotional icon. Its irregular surface and sculpted relief give each detail an old-world, timeworn character.

This is a truly one-of-a-kind piece—the only one created by the artist. No duplicate, replacement, or reproduction exists, making it a unique devotional collectible.

Mounted on a small pedestal base, this St. Michael icon may be displayed on a personal altar, prayer table, desk, or sacred space as a devotional reminder of faith, protection, and spiritual courage.
